All the contents of the Web site, meaning, for the purposes of enunciation only, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or audio content, as well as their graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of the Foundation or of third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognized, by the current intellectual property law relating to them can be understood to have been transferred to the user.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are the property of the Foundation or third parties, without it being understood that access to the website confers any right on them.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1 Those who use the website do so at their own risk. The Foundation is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may detect the content of the same or others that may be accessed through them. Nor may the foundation be held liable for any damage arising from the use of the website, or for any action taken on the basis of the information provided therein.

4.2 The foundation does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that could cause damage or alterations to the computer system, electronic documents or files of the user of the website. Consequently, the Foundation is not liable for any damages that such elements could cause to the user or third parties.

5. Need for registration

In general, simple access to the contents of the website will not require the user’s registration, although the use of certain services may be conditional on their prior registration.

The user expressly acknowledges and accepts that at any time the Foundation may interrupt, deactivate and/or cancel access to and/or use of the website, without the Foundation being responsible for this.

If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall affect only that provision or that part of it which is null and void or ineffective, these General Conditions shall remain in all other respects and such provision shall be considered, in whole or in part, as not included.

These General Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable Spanish and European laws.
